Precautions for Using Self Loader Concrete Pan Mixers

Before loading the materials, the remaining water and sundries in the self loading pan mixer shall be drained first and rotated continuously during transportation to prevent concrete segregation.

Before the pan-type self loading truck arrives at the construction site and unloads, the pan mixer shall be rotated at full speed of 14 to 18 rpm for 1 to 2 minutes and then inverted for unloading. Before reversing, the pan mixer shall be stopped stably.

The hydraulic system pressure shall comply with the provisions in the operating instructions. It is not allowed to adjust at will. The quality and quantity of hydraulic oil should meet the original requirements.

How Does the Self Loader Pan Mixer Work?

Feeding: bucket can feed the raw materials such as sand, cement and stones into the mixer.

Weighing: The boom is equipped with an electronic weighing device. The electronic weighing device measures the bucket when the boom lifts it to the horizontal position. Ensure the accuracy of ingredients.

Mixing: After the raw materials are loaded into the PAN MIXER, the PAN MIXER starts to rotate clockwise to mix the concrete, with a mixing speed of 16 revolutions per minute.

Discharging: After the concrete is mixed, the mixing drum rotates reverse to discharge the material.
