How Does Self Loading Concrete Mixer with Pump Work?

The process includes loading of materials, weighing, mixing, discharge and concrete delivery.

Loading: the operator in the cab operates the bucket to load cement, gravel and other aggregates. The bucket mouth is serrated and has the function of breaking the cement bag. At the same time, cement buckets can also be provided according to customer requirements.

Aggregate weighing: the bucket arm is equipped with an advanced electronic weighing device. Weigh when the boom position is horizontal. The weight will be displayed on display in the cab. The operator can increase or decrease the aggregate amount as required. Ensure the accuracy of aggregate proportion.

Mixing: After the aggregate enters the mixing tank through the feed inlet at the upper part of the loading truck, it will be mixed from the loading truck, and the mixing speed is 30 revolutions per minute. Stir well and evenly.

Unloading: after mixing, the mixing tank rotates in the opposite direction to unload. The discharge port is equipped with a discharge chute. The mixing tank and cab of the self-loading truck can rotate 270 degrees simultaneously to facilitate unloading and increase the paving area.

Concrete delivery: The self loader concrete mixer discharges the concrete directly into the concrete trailer pump, and through the concrete trailer pump, the concrete is transported horizontally or vertically.
