Similarly, the mixing tank of LT-3.5 self loading mixer truck has a volume of 4.74m³, which can actually produce 3m³concrete per tank and 6 tanks per hour. So, it can produce:
3m³× 6 tanks/hour = 18m³/h.
If the working time is 8 hours a day,
LT-1.2 can produce concrete: 10m³/h × 8 hours = 80m³;
LT-3.5 can produce concrete: 18m³/h × 8 hours = 144m³.
Conclusion
It can be seen that the larger the volume of the self-loading mixing truck, the larger the volume of concrete produced in each tank, and the greater the total concrete output per hour.
Moreover, it is worth mentioning that the number of production batches per hour decreases with the increase of the self loading capacity. This is because, as the volume of the mixing tank increases, the mixing time of each batch increases relatively, so the number of batches produced per unit time is reduced.
