What Are The Components Of Self Concrete Mixer
- Walking System
As we all know, self concrete mixer is developed on unique truck chassis. It provides the flexible mobile function of the whole equipment. It enables the entire self loading mixer truck to easily walk freely on the construction sites, easily mixing concrete and delivering it to the place of use.
In order to meet the needs of construction sites in remote mountainous areas, self loading mixer trucks are equipped with high wear-resistant off-road tires, which have strong grip on the ground and strong climbing ability (30°slope available), suitable for various muddy and bumpy terrain.
Usually, the self loading mixer truck is 4-wheel driven and 4-wheel steering.
Even in the narrow construction space and rugged mountain road, it can still walk and turn freely. So, self concrete mixer equivalent to a small mobile concrete mixing plant.
- Weighing System
Weighing system of self loading concrete mixer is mainly in charge of measuring the mixing materials, like coarse stone, fine stone, sand, water, additive and so on.
With the weighing system, the self loading mixer can produce more accurate ratio and higher quality concrete mixture.
The aggregate weighing is available through setting the position switch sensor on the feeding arm, while the water weighing is achieved through the time relay.
In addition, for all these weighing data, operator can see on the screen in the cab. Operator can conveniently get the weighing situation and adjust the amount of materials when necessary.
- Loading System
Loading system of self concrete mixer mainly include loading arm and material bucket.
Both of the flexible feeding and unloading actions are driven by hydraulic pressure. The operator only needs to operate the corresponding control lever in the cab, and can easily control the bucket and the loader arm, so that their movements are coordinated with each other, and finally efficiently complete the feeding action.
- Mixing System
Mixing system is the place of concrete produced. There are two main types of mixer, drum type and pan type.
- Hydraulic System
Hydraulic system is the key of the whole equipment running smoothly. It drives various executing parts of the self loading mixer directly or indirectly, to complete the correct action.
